These beautiful mallah beads have been made using special lava stone beads. These unique beads are believed by some to imbue a grounding and stabilizing effect upon the wearer. Their dark, earthy tones are balanced against three shiny metal Buddha heads and turquoise beads. There is a fourth Buddha head as guru bead.

Buddhist Prayer beads; Mallah or Malas are a type of Buddhist rosary, usually consisting of 108 beads which is the auspicious number in Buddhism. These beads are used to aid meditation and prayer with each bead representing a mantra repetition.
